First my eyes were red. Then the post nasal and itchy throat bugged me all day yesterday and today. I try not use medication, but I did use both the homepathic nasal spray and Flonase today. I read it's hard to treat post nasal. Anyone have a sure fire way to treat it?

I heard that neti pots with hymalian salt and gargling with salty water helps!
