I found this natural remedy spray last year and can say I am much better because of it. I am getting it reordered through evitamins.com every 60 days.
If I have to work in a dusty environment like my basement, I use the spray first.
Also found that we were adding to the dust by the cat litter we were using. I was getting the Christmas stuff out last month (stored in the basement) and the boxes were covered with a brown dust. We switched to the crystal stuff and I do believe I am better in the morning.
